Terms of Rental
- Saturday to Saturday rental, except for fall season
- Please call or email for up to date availability information
- Add sales and resort tax (13%) to final price
- Deposit of 25% with application, due one week
following actual booking
- All payments due 45 days prior to arrival
- Cleaning fee of $160
- Maximum 8 persons
- Check in at 4:00 PM
- Check out at 10 AM
- 45 day cancellation notice required for refund ($200 service
fee once deposit is received)
- Cancellation 46 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% deposit forfeited
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of
arrival, entire payment is forfeited
